Who We Are / Luke Harden

Luke is a new Ashtanga yoga teacher for 2024 here at the CBC. He trained in Goa, with Himalaya Yoga Valley, where he completed his 200hr TTC and an additional 100hr teaching internship. His teacher is Lalit Kumar, who trained with B.K.S Iyengar and Swami Rama. He is very thankful to come from such a long lineage of teachers, and can't wait to share his practice with those who come along to his classes.
