Start your week with an online Monday Morning Meditation from 8am to 9am.
Throughout the week join the Lunchtime Meditation team: Wednesday (online) and Tuesday, and Thursday in-person, 1pm to 2pm, and our in-person Meditation Night on Thursday evenings, 7.15 pm-9.30 pm.
