Start your week with an online Monday Morning Meditation from 8 am to 9 am.

Throughout the week join the Lunchtime Meditation team, Wednesday (online), Tuesday and Thursday in-person from 1 pm to 2 pm.

Classes include Weekly in-person Meditation Night on Thursday evenings (7.15 pm-9.30 pm).
