Monday Morning Meditation
A regular led meditation session on Monday mornings for anyone who knows the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana.
The two meditation practices will alternate week to week.
This class is for those who know the mindfulness of breathing and the metta bhavana. If you are new to meditation, come along to Meditation Night.
