Sub30's: Why I'm a Buddhist Talks

Dates:
Friday 7th Aug 2026 - 7.15pm to 9.30pm

Join us to hear Buddhist teachings and how we can apply them to our lives

This month join Luke who will be hosting the night, and hear from four young people about why they are practising Buddhists in this modern age.

Do you want to meet others interested in living a radical life of transformation and growth?

Sub30s is an evening of connection, meditation, and discussion. You don’t need to be a Buddhist to join, it’s open to anyone aged 18 - 30.

Start your month with an evening exploring how Buddhism can give us a radically different perspective on modern life and talk to other young people who are using this to realise more of their potential and transform their lives. Join us on the first Friday of each month* at the Cambridge Buddhist Centre, from 7.15–9:30 pm.

There is no need to book, just come along. Even if you are completely new, you are welcome.

This event is for young people aged 18 to 30 interested in Buddhism and Meditation. If you have any questions or would like to know if this event is suitable for you or a young person contact us at info@cambridgebuddhistcentre.com.
