Sub30's: Pay Urgent Attention to Impermanence!

Pay urgent attention to impermanence! - Padmasambhava
Buddhism assumes we are vividly aware of our existential situation, the inescapable fact of death and the crucial importance of spiritual practice and working with our mind. Maitreyabandhu, one of Triratna's most well-known teachers - author of Life with Full Attention and The Journey and the Guide - will present Buddhism's radical vision of the spiritual life by introducing Padmasambhava, the Lotus Born or Second Buddha, representing total transformation and the taming of demons.

Do you want to meet others interested in living a radical life of transformation and growth?
Sub30s is an evening of connection, meditation, and discussion. You don’t need to be a Buddhist to join, it’s open to anyone aged 18 - 30.
Start your month with an evening exploring how Buddhism can give us a radically different perspective on modern life and talk to other young people who are using this to realise more of their potential and transform their lives. Join us on the first Friday of each month at the Cambridge Buddhist Centre, from 7.15–9:30 pm.
There is no need to book, just come along. Even if you are completely new, you are welcome.
This event is for young people aged 18 to 30 interested in Buddhism and Meditation. If you have any questions or would like to know if this event is suitable for you or a young person contact us at info@cambridgebuddhistcentre.com.
