Come and practice with a community of meditators, whether you're brand new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice. 

We teach two main meditation practices, the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (or cultivation of loving-kindness). These two complementary practices help us to develop awareness, integration, tranquility and positive emotion.

Open to all levels of experience. No need to book, just drop in!

2. 21 Day Meditation Challenge

3. Introduction to Buddhism & Meditation

Transform your life

This six-week course is one of the best ways to get a grounding in some key Buddhist principles and introduces you to meditation practices that cultivate mindful self-awareness and insight.

You’ll learn the Mindfulness of Breathing – said to be the practice the Buddha was doing on the night of his Enlightenment.

4. Mindfulness for Stress

Discover the scientifically proven effects of mindfulness to improve your physical and mental wellbeing.

Learning mindfulness shows how paying attention to your experience in a non-judgemental way can help you to face stressful situations with increased confidence.

Our courses are led by Ruchiraketu who has over 40 years' experience of teaching meditation. He holds an MA degree in Mindfulness Based Approaches and teaches on the Masters programme at Bangor university.

5. New Year Retreat - Newmarket

Make the most of this special time in the depths of winter to deepen meditation practice, turn inward and reconnect with your values. In this way, we refresh our aspirations to meditate and live by our values in the new year.

Suitable for those who have been introduced to the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices (including anyone from affiliated groups outside Cambridge).
