Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses are aimed at anyone who would like to deal more effectively with stress and anxiety. We offer MBSR days to help support you in your ongoing practice. Our courses are led by Ruchiraketu who holds a Masters in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University where he now teaches on the Master's programme.
