Sangha Day: Entering the Mandala
Our traditional festival day to celebrate the spiritual community or 'Sangha'.
How do we create an environment in which enriching friendships and Sangha flourish? How do we move from relating to others in a utilitarian way to one of delighting in their unique qualities? What would it mean to create a space in which individual unfoldment and collective endeavour go hand-in-hand?
Keturaja will explore these and other questions in his talk on the day. There will also be a festive puja with mitra ceremonies, a chance for mitras to reaffirm their relationship with the three jewels, as well as families' activities.
A programme will be announced at a later date.
You can make a donation in person in the Buddhist Centre foyer, or online via our Donate page.
We run on a Dana Economy. Dana means generosity: we do not charge for our meditation and Buddhism classes and we rely on the generosity of people like you. A donation of just £15 - £20 at a festival day helps us to make these Sangha events open to everyone.
