Festival Theatre Tours and Open Day

There will be tours of the Grade II listed Festival Theatre, one of only two of its kind in the UK. Places are strictly limited, and will be allocated on the day, on a first come, first served basis.

There will also be an opportunity to experience what the Buddhist Centre has to offer, including meditation, Buddhism and bodywork taster sessions. Our bodywork studio has all the equipment needed. Just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing suitable for a fitness class. Be prepared to practise barefoot.

Under 18s are welcome if accompanied by an adult.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day.

11:30 – 12:30 - Tour of the Festival Theatre
11:30 – 12:15 - Meditation taster session
11:30 – 12:15 - Yoga taster session

12:15 – 1:30 - Vegan lunch served

1:30 – 2:30 - Tour of the Festival Theatre
1:30 – 2:15 - Meditation taster session
1:30 – 2:15 - Introduction to Buddhism

2:45 – 3:45 - Tour of the Festival Theatre
2:45 – 3:30 - Meditation taster session
