Spring Yatra Day at Magog Downs

Simple Spring Yatra Day - Magog Downs, Stapleford and Wandlebury
10am - 4pm beginning and ending at Magog Downs - Visitor Information.
Meet promptly at 10am in Magog Downs car park (not to be confused with Wandlebury car park), and gather by the noticeboard. Car park fee is £3 by card or cash.
Our day will take us through this ancient and historic landscape of several ancient barrow mounds, neolithic paths and the Roman Road leading into the ancient hill fort of Wandlebury Ring.
We will also be walking along the banks of the River Granta for some of our journey experiencing fully the many aspects of this land in its full Spring glory!
Join us for a day of meditative journeying together to settle more into aliveness and presence. This Yatra will be simpler than usual to allow nature to speak for itself.
A Yatra is a silent walking meditation retreat through (and as part of) our sacred landscape where we can connect more deeply with ourselves, each other and our land.
We welcome the sharing of poetry and reflections at our various comfort stops at the end of a stretch of silent walking if you want to bring anything along to share.
We have a very welcoming team who will support the day and help you feel at home in the land.
Please bring appropriate walking gear for the weather and your own food and drinks for the day.
Also bring something waterproof to sit on - a plastic bag will do!
