Non-Residential Retreat

Join us for a non-residential retreat at the Cambridge Buddhist Centre
A non-residential retreat is a good way to get a retreat without having to go away. We will follow the usual pattern of morning meditation, teaching and periods of reflection, eating together and some silence as well. The difference is that you go home Friday and Saturday night. It could be seen as an ideal way to bring Buddhist practice into day-to-day life – we will send out more information when you have booked and closer to the dates.
More info to come.

The nature of a retreat means that we ask everyone to attend for the whole duration. If you are not able to attend for the whole duration, please contact us at info@cambridgebuddhistcentre.com and we can recommend an alternative event or course.
Please be aware that none of the classes/events run by the Cambridge Buddhist Centre is aimed at under-18-year-olds. All under 18-year-olds must be accompanied by their parent or another responsible adult over the age of 18 (with their parent's permission). Please contact us in advance of attending at info@cambridgebuddhistcentre.com so we can assess how suitable the event is for the young person and how we can safely enable them to engage in a class.
