Through instruction in meditation alongside Buddhist teachings, find inspiration to practice by reflecting on the bigger picture. Join in to discover your own reasons to meditate – and to keep it going.
Even if you've never meditated before, we'll give you everything you need to set up an effective practice.
The challenge will start with a launch morning on Saturday 10th January, 10am - 1pm. After that we invite you to come every Thursday night for three weeks for the main input, 7.15 - 9.30pm, and the challenge will end on Saturday 31st January with a day retreat from 9am - 9pm
There will be weekly guidance emails, mentoring for 18 - 30 year olds on the challenge, and a weekly in-person class on a Thursday where the main themes will be explored.
