Why not challenge yourself to meditate every day for 21 days?
The challenge will start on Saturday 10th January, ending with a full day of retreat on Saturday 31st January.
Give your new year a kickstart by transforming yourself through 21 days of meditation and mindfulness, culminating in a day retreat at the end of January.
Even if you've never meditated before, we'll give you everything you need to set up an effective practice:
- Saturday 10th January 10am - 1pm (launch event)
- Thursday 15th January 7.15pm - 9.30pm
- Thursday 22nd January 7.15pm - 9.30pm
- Thursday 29th January 7.15pm - 9.30pm
- Saturday 31st January 9am - 9pm (day retreat)
We run on a Dana Economy. Dana means generosity: we do not charge for our meditation and Buddhism classes and we rely on the generosity of people like you. A donation of just £15 per evening helps us to make our life-changing courses available to everyone.
