Summer Retreat - Vajrasana

Summer Retreat - Vajrasana
Modern life can be so busy and stimulating that what's truly in our best interests gets crowded out. Retreat life is simplified to give space to rediscover this. As, on retreat, we do this with like-minded people something more can arise. We can start to experience how what's in our best interests is also in others' best interests.
After the retreat, we return to our lives with a renewed perspective on how to live to the benefit of ourselves and others.
The Retreat
Take the opportunity to connect with the joy and inspiration of a Buddhist retreat community; there is no better way to connect more deeply with the transformational and deeply positive message of the Buddha's teaching.
Everyone is welcome on this retreat - even if you are relatively new! All you need to be ready for this retreat is interested in meditation, curious about myth and ritual and open to Buddhist teachings - you don't have to be a fully signed-up Buddhist!
Dana Economy
This retreat is bookable with a £125 non-refundable deposit. We offer retreatants the opportunity to make an additional donation, which you can do at the checkout. There will also be a dana announcement on the retreat. As a guide, we are charged £175 for each retreatant; any additional income will help support others to come on our retreats.
