Full Moon Puja - Vairocana

Puja to Vairocana
Pujas are a Buddhist ritual that help us connect with our human potential through imagery and beauty rather than through concepts. Evenings usually include a led meditation, an introduction to the Buddha or Bodhisattva who is the focus of the evening and who represents an aspect of enlightenment, the ritual itself, and mantra chanting.
These events take place on the second Friday of every month. The event is open to anyone who is familiar with the basics of the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana meditation practices.
Doors open at 7 pm (if you want to have a cup of tea beforehand), with the evening starting promptly at 7.30 pm.
Please be aware that none of the classes/events run by the Cambridge Buddhist Centre is aimed at under 18-year-olds. All under 18-year-olds must be accompanied by their parent or another responsible adult over the age of 18 (with their parent's permission). Please contact us in advance of attending at info@cambridgebuddhistcentre.com so we can assess how suitable the event is for the young person.
