4 – 4.30 All ages dance

4.30 – 6 Adults only dance

3 – 5 Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage

Including a chill-out room, cool-down courtyard, veggie summer rolls/sushi, kids food buffet, rooibos chai, energy balls, brownies, home-brewed kombucha, hibiscus cooler, Moroccan iced mint tea.

Massages, yoga stretching, face painting & glitter. Tie-dye station (bring white 100% cotton items), plus extra activities for children.

- Donations gratefully received for extras. Children welcome but must be supervised while in the building.-

All proceeds go to the creation of the new women’s retreat centre, Tiratanaloka.

* Tiratanaloka has helped 100s of women deepen their Buddhist practice to the point of ordination through friendship, Dharma study and Buddhist practice. But they've outgrown their building. They need help to raise money for a bigger, better Tiratanaloka so that many more can benefit from the inspiration that the Tiratanaloka team provides.
