Meditation Day: At Ease in the World

Dates:
Sunday 21st Sep 2025 - 10.00am to 5.00pm

How can we be at ease in a challenging and struggling world?

War, famine, violence, uncertainty is happening all around us.

How can we develop balance, inner clarity and perspective in today's world?

As human beings we have the capacity to develop kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy and through these we can still our minds. We can develop Upekkha.

Upekkha is one of the four Divine Abodes. An abode is a place we live, a place we come home to. And from this place we are able to cultivate a stillness of mind, a radiant calm and balance which will enable us to be in the world with wisdom and compassion.

Join Sanghajata and Prajnapriya as we explore together through meditation, exercises and ritual how we can learn to live in the Divine Abodes.

Open to all who have a regular meditation practice of the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana
