Dharma Night: Picnic Series!

Dates:
Tuesday 22nd Jul 2025 - 6.15pm to 9.30pm

All welcome to our summer picnic series!

We want to create some space to hang out, chat, enjoy your good company and experience community. We’re inviting you to picnic with us before Dharma night from 6:15 in the Midsummer Common Community Orchard (just across the road from the Cambridge Buddhist Centre). 6 weeks mid July to mid August.

Afterwards we'll be exploring the practice of internationality so there will be plenty to digest. Plates, cutlery, and rice will all be provided and we will be inviting different people to contribute international dishes each week, so just come along with vegan/vegetarian nibbles to share and enjoy the weather!

The Practice of Internationality - Arthasiddhi

Internationality is a quality of the Cambridge Buddhist Centre to celebrate! What does an international context ask of us? What does communicating across cultures involve and what are the values and practices that enable it? Come and explore these questions in the light of the Buddha’s teaching of The Honeyball Sutta.

How is internationality a practice?

A Buddhist is a human being first

Becoming a harmonious person
