Sub30's: Finding the Priceless Jewel

Dates:
Friday 2nd Aug 2024 - 7.15pm to 9.30pm

Finding the Priceless Jewel

We all have a priceless jewel hiding in the depths of our being - waiting to be discovered; at least that's what is suggested in the parable of the Jewel and the Drunkard from the White Lotus Sutra. The jewel is our own potential to grow spiritually, the potential develop our consciousness towards one of a Buddha.

Do we have a sense of what this might mean for us in our own lives? Are we in touch with our own jewel-like potential? Join us on Friday 2nd August for the next Cambridge Young Buddhists class where we'll be exploring this area through meditation, Dharma input and group discussion.

Do you want to meet others interested in living a radical life of transformation and growth?

Sub30s is an evening of connection, meditation, and discussion. You don’t need to be a Buddhist to join, it’s open to anyone aged 18 - 30.

Start your month with an evening exploring how Buddhism can give us a radically different perspective on modern life and talk to other young people who are using this to realise more of their potential and transform their lives. Join us on the first Friday of each month at the Cambridge Buddhist Centre, from 7.15–9:30 pm.

There is no need to book, just come along. Even if you are completely new, you are welcome.

This event is for young people aged 18 to 30 interested in Buddhism and Meditation. If you have any questions or would like to know if this event is suitable for you or a young person contact us at info@cambridgebuddhistcentre.com.
