Summer Weekend Retreat

Friday 26th Jul 2024 to Sunday 28th Jul 2024 - 6.00pm to 3.00pm

The Retreat (A weekend retreat at Vajrasana)

Take the opportunity to connect with the joy and inspiration of a Buddhist retreat community. It's a great way to connect more deeply with the Buddha's transformational teaching.

The Five Spiritual Faculties are a tried-and-tested teaching over millennia which has helped millions of practitioners. We will explore how the five practices of Faith, Mindfulness, Energy, Stillness of Mind and Wisdom bring our meditation and Dharma life together and make it strong and effective.

On the weekend, we'll have meditation, discussion groups, ritual and time to get to know each other.

This retreat is open to those who attend the Cambridge Buddhist Centre as well as those from outlying groups such as Luton and Letchworth; to connect and practice with each other. It is open all levels of experience, so even if you are new, you can join us to experience what it’s like to practice within a spiritual community for the weekend.

Dana Economy This retreat is bookable with a £50 non-refundable deposit. We offer retreatants the opportunity to make an additional donation, which you can do at the checkout.
