Exploring the Three Fetters
A day for women Mitras training for ordination and Order Members across the East Anglian region to meet and practice together in the realm of the Order.
10am Doors open, arrive, relax and have a cuppa
10.30am Introduction to the day in shrine room and meditation
11.15am Talk on the first fetter and silent reflection
11.45am Tea break
12.15pm Talk on the second fetter and silent reflection
12.45pm Ending ritual
1pm Lunch – bring vegan or vegetarian lunch to share
2pm Introduction to the third fetter
2.15pm Discussion groups
3.20pm Puja
4.10pm Clear up and leave
If you would like to bring something for the shrine which symbolises freedom then please do so, and we will be ritually offering these in the puja. Also some paper will be available during lunch, or maybe you will find something on a walk.
Booking and payment:
£20 standard or £15 concessions. Jewel Quest are offering bursaries of up to £15 for anyone who can’t pay the whole of the concessionary rate and travel expenses.

Please share lifts or train travel in groups so travel expenses can be reduced.
Parking:
There is limited parking in the forecourt of the CBC, plus free parking on Sundays in nearby Abbey rd and Beche rd, or there are 2 nearby carparks, the Grafton multistorey and the Grafton West carpark.
