Yoga is a discipline of both body and mind that benefits our physical health and mental poise.
The style we teach is 'Iyengar' yoga. We have yoga belts, mats, blocks and books for sale, although all equipment on courses is provided.
Dhiyampati started practising yoga in 1990. In 2004 he qualified as an introductory level 2 teacher in the Iyengar system, having completed his teacher training at the Iyengar Institute in Maida Vale, London. He also has a keen interest in meditation and is an ordained Buddhist.
