About Yoga
Yoga is a discipline of both body and mind that benefits our physical health and mental poise.
The style we teach is 'Iyengar' yoga. We have yoga belts, mats, blocks and books for sale, although all equipment on courses is provided.

If you are new to yoga, you can join one of our Introductory yoga courses or come to a drop-in - just click HERE
If you already have at least six months experience of Iyengar yoga or a minimum of two years of hatha yoga, then click HERE to take your practice further.
