Learning Tai Chi
If you have not attended Tai chi classes at the Cambridge Buddhist Centre, it is necessary to attend an Introductory course where you will learn a system of five relaxing exercises and a section of the short form.
For those who have done the Introductory course, we offer a Regulars course where we build on the exercises, expand on the form and learn tui shou ('pushing hands') partner work and standing postures.
Practice Days are a great opportunity to deepen your practice and form an integral part of every course.
