Meditation

Meditation is a way to calm the mind, to become more aware of ourselves and others and ultimately to break free from suffering. We teach two simple but profound meditation practices that are as old as Buddhism itself:

The mindfulness of breathing uses the breath to calm us.
The loving kindness meditation helps us to develop friendliness for others and ourselves.

No interest in Buddhism is needed to enjoy meditation.
