The Bedford Group meets for meditation and discussion about Buddhist topics every Thursday evening 7.30 to 9.30 at Friends Meeting House, Lansdowne Road. Friendly and informal with regular 6 week courses in meditation. Donation. Just come along or contact Claire or Chris for more information.
