Coldhams Common Yatra Day
Join us for a day of walking meditation, nature and poetry
Meet in the Playground on Coldhams Lane (opposite end of Brampton Road) - we will return to this place at the end of the day.
A Yatra is a silent walking meditation retreat in our sacred landscape where we can connect more deeply with ourselves, eachother and our land. Walking meditation guidance will be given and we will also practise various rituals inspired by Buddhism and nature. We welcome the sharing of poetry and reflections at our various comfort stops at the end of a stretch of silent walking.
We have a very experienced and enthusiastic team of 5 who will support the day, leading a group each and helping you feel at home in the land.
Coming for the whole Day is recommended, however half day is an option though you will need to make your own way back to your starting point.
Morning 10am-1pm - welcome to stay on for lunch with us
Afternoon 2pm-4.30pm - welcome to join us from 1.30pm (contact Suryamani for more details about where to meet for this option email@example.com )
Please be aware that there are no public loos only bushes during the day.
