Cambridge Buddhist Centre Relaunch Day
We invite you to our celebration relaunch of the CBC after over a year of being out of the building.
On 23 March 2020, Cambridge Buddhist Centre's team closed the building for what we thought at the time would be at most a three-month period, a blip in the ordinary life of the building.
Well over a year later, we are preparing to open our doors to a changed world, transformed ourselves, and with a new sense of purpose and energy.
So much has happened, and we've learned a great deal, and we now warmly invite you to join us in relaunching our beloved building and its activities.
On Saturday 24 July 2021, we're planning a rich array of events that will give you a taste of what's to come in the following months at the CBC: suitable for newcomers, regulars, and Mitras and Order Members, the atmosphere will be festive and connecting, enjoyable and life-enhancing. Step out of the Zoom screen and come and join us!
Whilst the Relaunch Day can only be fully experienced in person, we do want to offer a taste of it to those who cannot get here. Our online taster will run from 1:45-2:15pm (link is below in the programme).
The relaunch will also include our Dharma Day festival, on Sunday 25 July, which will be an opportunity to dive more deeply into collective practice.
