Mitra Day with Jnanavaca

Dates:
Saturday 6th Apr 2024 - 10.00am to 4.30pm

Come along to find out what Jnanavaca has to say on 'The Guru'

This day is a rare opportunity for Mitras at the centre to study with our president Jnanavaca. He has just been on an intensive two month retreat so I am sure he will bring inspiration from that time away.

On this Mitra Day he will be guiding us through an exploration of ‘The Guru’ as Esoteric Refuge. In particular he will be referring to Sangharakshita’s 1979 Padmasambhava Day talk where Bhante talks about the Manu, the Buddha, the Guru and the Terton. This will also touch upon Padmasambhava converting the demons.

As well as being able to take a deeper dive into the Dharma with Jnanavaca, the day will enable the Mitra-Sangha to gather together and get to know one another better.
