Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses are aimed at anyone who would like to deal more effectively with stress and anxiety. Our courses are led by Ruchiraketu who holds a Masters in Mindfulness-Based Approaches from Bangor University where he now teaches on the Master's programme.
