During this series at Meditation Night we'll be doing a deep dive on the key Buddhist teaching of mindfulness and how we can develop it in a way that supports us in our daily lives as well as our meditation practice.

Tonight's theme will be on 'Working with Pain in Meditation'.

As always at Meditation Night there will be short talks, led meditations and a chance for questions.
