Introduction to Buddhism & Meditation (Online course)

Dates:
Tuesday 8th Jun 2021 to Tuesday 13th Jul 2021 - 7.00pm to 9.00pm

Buddhism addresses the key question of how to live.

This course brings this question into focus within a modern lifestyle. We will introduce you to the essential elements of Buddhism, including getting you underway with a regular meditation practice.

You can listen to Jeanette talk about her recent experience of doing one of our Introductory courses: https://youtu.be/GgqroepFzE8

The course will take place on Zoom. If you do not already have Zoom, you can download it for free: https://zoom.us/.

A link to the Zoom meeting will be sent to you automatically with your booking. If you have not received your email, please first check all of your email folders, including spam, and then email info@cambridgebuddhistcentre.com as soon as possible.

Please be aware that none of the classes/events run by the Cambridge Buddhist Centre are aimed at under 18-year-olds. All under 18-year-olds must be accompanied by their parent or another responsible adult over the age of 18 (with their parent's permission). Please contact us in advance of attending at info@cambridgebuddhistcentre.com so we can assess how suitable the event is for the young person and how we can safely enable them to engage in an online class.
