Sangha Night: Using Your Head (Hybrid)

Tuesday 1st Feb 2022 - 7.15pm to 9.30pm

Five Steps to Living out Your Values - Using Your Head

Buddhism offers us a path of transformation so that we can live out our values and influence the world around us. Our first series of the year explores this practical, inspiring and challenging text 'The Bodhicaryavatara' or Guide to the Path to Awakening. Come and find out how to put into practice this sequence of steps and how they enable you to live out your values more fully in the new year.

This week Kamalamati will be exploring Shantideva's first piece of practical wisdom that we can apply here and now in our lives on the path to awakening, the quality of kshanti (or patience). We'll be referring to Chapter 6 of the Bodhicaryavatara.

You can download a condensed version of the text from our website here.

Book your place below to attend the evening in person.
