Join Jesse for a six-week vinyasa course. Suitable for beginners and intermediate level practitioners
This course will offer step-by-step introduction to the poses (asanas) common in the vinyasa practice, such as mountain and downward facing dog. Instruction will also include breathing techniques (pranayama), the correct gaze (drishti) and alignment to hold in the sequence.
Each class will begin with warm-ups that focus on heart-opening and hip-opening, then progress to a faster and more dynamic flow that builds strength, improves stamina and burns calories.
