Leading Meditation (2)
The second event in a short course led by Sagaraghosa, open to women who have asked for ordination and Dharmacharinis.
The course continues with Further Basic Principles and Mindfulness of Breathing.
This short course is designed to help develop confidence in leading meditations. It will involve sharing experience, trying out different approaches and practising in a safe context.
The course is based on 14 years of teaching introductory and follow-on meditation courses as well as more than 25 years of meditation practice.
Each session runs from 10.30 am to 1pm, with a tea-break, and there is an optional shared lunch afterwards.
The course is open to open to women who have asked for ordination and Dharmacharinis.
