Simply Yoga: Yoga for Beginners with Amber
An Introduction to Yoga postures and simple breathing practices.
This four-week course for beginners will establish you in some of the key foundations of yoga and is taught from a healing-centered, mindfulness-based perspective.
Yoga has many benefits and supports both your physical and mental health and well-being. Suitable for complete beginners. Will include Level 1 and Level 2 introductory poses and sequences.
The class is held in a well-equipped space in a small and spacious group.
