Online Beginners Tai Chi Course

An online beginners course in Tai Chi, teaching you exercises you can practice at home.

These classes will take place live via Zoom. You will also have access to instructional videos, written support materials, an inspirational blog and access to a one-to-one Tai Chi clinic. You will also be part of a class of other beginners and have the opportunity to move on to the Online Regulars Tai Chi class.

Once you book, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting details.

About the teacher

Abhayamati is a teacher in the Taijiquan School of Central Equilibrium, under the guidance of Wee Kee Jin. He has been practising Tai Chi for 23 years and teaching since 2001.
