Relaxation Explorer Workshop Day
This workshop is part of the current Relaxation Explorer course, and open to anyone who has done a relaxation course at the Centre.
We will do exercises from the approaches to relaxation introduced in the Explorer course: progressive muscle relaxation, gentle movement relaxations, breath relaxation, Yoga Nidra, meditation and autogenics.
Wear loose comfortable clothes and bring your own lunch.
