Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Day

Saturday 7th Mar 2020 - 10.00am to 4.00pm

An intensive day of practice for people who are on, or have completed, an MBSR course.

If your practice has lapsed, these days are a good way to reconnect, and if you still have a regular practice, there will be ideas to take the practice deeper.

This day is free to people on the current MBSR course.
