Paradoxes in Practice: A day of mindfulness and meditation
A day for women who have learnt to meditate to come together to explore how we develop an open, caring and discerning mindfulness and meditation practices.
How do we work with the seemingly contradictory nature of effective practice? How do we make enough effort as opposed to too much effort? How do we allow and not block our experience and at the same time not get caught up in it? How do we work with a sense of self and at the same time become more selfless?
This day for women who have learnt to meditate will be an opportunity to explore these tensions and in particular help you identify and understand what you need to develop your mindfulness and meditation.
