Young Buddhists - Living more deeply: What's Real?

Dates:
Friday 10th May 2019 - 7.30pm to 9.30pm

A regular evening for young people aged 18 - 35 and 16 - 18 year-olds if accompanied by an adult.

Living More Deeply is a series about experiencing life more fully, through bringing a deeper awareness to our bodies, our minds and other people.

This deeper awareness can help us to live a richer life, a life lived from what's most important to us. The Buddha's teachings are about attending to our experience in a truly transformative and radical way, and not just about adding another 'thing to do' to our already busy lives.

The evenings will involve a mixture of meditation, talks and group discussion to explore our themes. We will also have a late night tea bar for those who want to stay and hang out afterwards. You are welcome to bring vegan biscuits or cake to share.

The Cambridge Young Buddhists' Sub 35s night is an alternative Friday night run by a group of friends for people in their teens, 20s and 30s. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Newcomers welcome!

We run the nights for free, with any donations very welcome.
