Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Evening Course

Wednesday 24th Apr 2019 to Wednesday 26th Jun 2019 - 7.00pm to 9.30pm

A nine week course for anyone who wants to deal more effectively with stress. Classes will combine instruction, discussion & practice.

Learn how paying attention to your experience in a non-judgemental way can help you to face stressful situations with increased confidence.

Home practice is an important part of the course, and each participant is required to undertake to do one hour of this, six days per week, between each class. You will be provided with links to MP3s which cover all the practices taught and you will be provided with a printed handbook for the course.

The first session is an introductory session.

A comprehensive course including a day workshop (10.00am - 4.00 pm) on the Saturday 15th June)

There will not be a session on Wednesday 29th May

Please note: once you have booked you will be required to attend the introductory session and then be invited for a telephone interview with the tutor to ensure that the course is suitable for you at this time. In the event that the course is not for you at this time, a refund less a booking fee of £5 will be made or transfer to a later course will be made available.

Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation of your booking for a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course is subject to our cancellation policy and standard booking fee of £5, provided the cancellation is made five days or more before the introductory session. Refunds are not usually made for cancellations made less than five days before the introductory session.
