Going Deeper: The Texture of Reality
Once we have set up a regular meditation practice, we need to make sure that we keep it alive and interesting.
We need to remind ourselves of why we are meditating and we need to equip ourselves with a map of the territory of the mind so that we can confidently go deeper, unlocking the energy and inspiration that is available to us through the Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana.
From 28th February to 4th April, Maitridaka and Vidyasakhi will be leading a series of classes for regular meditators which will introduce over these six weeks the three distinctive features of everyday reality which must be fully seen and experienced in meditation in order to find ways out of suffering and into freedom.
