Tai chi Introductory ten week course & Practice Day
The classes were well organised and the technique was very thoroughly explained. I thought the classes could have been a bit more fun! Often we'd just learn a few moves per class which felt a bit painstaking. I think I would have liked it more if there had been more of an emphasis on enjoying the moves and getting a feel for them, rather than getting it right. I did learn a lot though, so it was certainly valuable.
My objective was to improve my sense of balance and this has been met through a well structured course delivered at a manageable pace by a very experienced tutor.
A superb introduction to Tai Chi. Abayamati has a style that works perfectly for me with a slow well structured delivery. My main aim was to improve my balance and I have benefited enormously. Thank you.
