Mitras and Order Members Retreat: Telling Tales
Exploring teachings from the Buddha's birth stories, led by Ratnaghosha and Vidyasakhi.
We will be exploring some Jataka tales and drawing out the Dharma teachings in them. The Jataka tales are legendary stories of the Buddha's previous lives. There are over 500 of them, so we are just dipping into them to give you a flavour.
Vidyasakhi will tell the stories in a participatory way and Ratnaghosha will draw out the deeper meaning.
Do come along and enjoy the company of the Sangha on a fun and meaningful weekend in the beautiful surroundings of Vajrasana
We can offer a limited number of assisted places if your financial circumstances prevent you from going on the retreat. Please contact us allowing a few weeks before the retreat.

Its best also to check with the organizer when you arrive.
If you need to arrive slightly late or leave before the end, please consult with the retreat leader now.
Lost property: if you leave something behind, it is important that you talk with the Buddhist Centre first and not the retreat venue.
Retreats are a special event where people enjoy coming together and support one another to practice the Dharma. While every care will be given to all those attending, the Cambridge Buddhist Centre cannot be responsible for the loss of personal possessions, nor look after you appropriately if you fail to disclose important information about your health. If in doubt please consult us now.
