Lunchtime Meditation drop-in

Every Wednesday - 1.05pm to 1.55pm

Learn to meditate, refresh what you already know or build a regular practice.

No need to book: just turn up. The mindfulness of breathing and loving kindness meditations will taught on alternate weeks. The class is divided in two; one group will be taught the two practices, the other will be for regulars who know both practices.
