Open to anyone interested in meditation and Buddhism. We run two classes: an introductory one for those new to meditation; and a regulars class for those familiar with meditation.
The newcomers' class will introduce you to the basic principles and techniques of Buddhist Meditation. Once you have learnt the basics of meditation the regulars' class will provide you with the tools to really start learning the subtleties of working with your mind in meditation.
Every few months we run Meditation Toolkits at the regulars' class for a number of weeks. Meditation Toolkits aim to give you comprehensive tools to apply in meditation.
