Meditation class

Every Thursday - 7.30pm to 9.30pm

Come and learn to meditate.

We run two classes: an introductory one for those new to meditation; and a regulars class for those familiar with meditation.

The newcomers' class will introduce you to the basic principles and techniques of Buddhist meditation. Once you have learnt the basics of meditation the regulars' class will provide you with the tools to really start learning the subtleties of working with your mind in meditation.
