What is Enlightenment?

The whole of the Buddhist path emerges from the Buddha's enlightenment. So in asking what is enlightenment we get to the heart of Buddhism.

The Buddha was emphatic that enlightenment is a potential natural to consciousness - accessible to all who are willing to put in the work. In this series we'll be exploring how enlightenment is relevant for everyone.

On our final evening of this theme, we have Viryajyoti talking to us about the life of the Buddha and what it can tell us about the nature of enlightenment.
