Six Week Meditation Challenge (In-person)
Challenge yourself to meditate five days a week for six weeks!
We will support you to do this through essential instruction weekly on Thursday evenings (7.15pm-9.30pm); an online Monday morning meditation class (8am-9am) to get the week off to a good start; and a Meditation Day on Saturday 12 February (8.30am-3.30pm).
The challenge is open to complete newcomers as well as people who know the practices, who want to establish a regular, effective meditation practice. The course teaches meditation based on sound principles and includes opportunities to share your experience of meditation with others.
In six weeks you'll have your own experience of how meditation can change your life.
For anyone aged 30 or under there is the opportunity to have one-to-one meditation mentoring from an experienced teacher. Please email us at email@example.com to register your interest after you have booked your place.

Please be aware that none of the classes/events run by the Cambridge Buddhist Centre are aimed at under 18-year-olds. All under 18-year-olds must be accompanied by their parent or another responsible adult over the age of 18 (with their parent's permission). Please contact us in advance of attending at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assess how suitable the event is for the young person and how we can safely enable them to engage in an online class.
