Six Week Meditation Challenge (Online course)
Challenge yourself to meditate five days a week for six weeks to kick-start your new year.
Our experienced teachers will support you with meditation input and guidance each week of the challenge.
The challenge is open to complete newcomers as well as people who know the practices, who want to establish a regular, effective meditation practice. The course teaches meditation based on sound principles and includes opportunities to share your experience of meditation practice with others.
The six week challenge will take place on Zoom on Saturdays 9.00am-11am.
To support you in building a new positive habit of a regular meditation practice, you can also join us for two additional practice sessions:
Monday mornings - 8am-8.55am on Zoom for a led meditation
Thursday evenings - 7pm-8pm on the CBC Youtube channel.
A new series called 'Meditation Essentials' starts 7th January 2021
