Dharma Night: The Essence of Creativity (Hybrid)

The True Individual: The Essence of Creativity
The True Individual
What does it mean to be an individual in our complex modern world?
The Buddhist Path can be framed in terms of developing true individuality, our actions and speech coming from what’s deepest and best within us personally, rather than determined by the superficialities of life and the influences of the society around us. By doing so we free ourselves from limiting ideas of who we are and become more fully ourselves, whilst at the same time being more able to be truly in relation to others.
In this series, we’ll explore what this means, and how!
The Essence of Creativity
What does it mean to be truly creative? Is this something limited to artists, or can we find deep creativity within any genuinely human life?
